The Nuer areas have been highly affected by the recent strong rains. As much as it is a blessing, these rains have led to increased water levels in nearby water sanctuaries thus leading to serious flooding. There has been a lot of people who have been affected by these rains.
Nuerda has stepped up and donated blanket materials and mosquito nets to the most vulnerable, the nursing and pregnant women. Thanks to nuerda their current conditions are a somehow better.
